Daily Stories: Free mythological stories and spiritual wisdom delivered via email
Personalized Family Stories: AI-generated comic strip stories featuring your family members (subscription service)
Educational Content: Ancient wisdom, cultural stories, and life lessons for children aged 4-12 years

3. User Accounts & Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access personalized family stories, you must create an account and provide:

Valid email address
Family member names and relationships
Delivery preferences (time zone, preferred delivery time)
Optional: WhatsApp number for story delivery

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase subscriptions. Our service is designed for families with children aged 4-12 years, but adults must manage accounts.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

Personalized Family Stories are available through a monthly subscription at ₹100/month. Subscription includes:

Daily AI-generated comic strip stories featuring your family
Delivery via email and WhatsApp (optional)
Access to story archive
Personalized content based on family preferences

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
You will be notified before each renewal via email
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as required by law

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

4.5 Free Trial

We may offer a free test story to help you experience our service. Test stories are limited to one per family and do not require payment.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

All content on Mysticadii, including stories, illustrations, website design, and AI-generated images, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
Use our content for commercial purposes
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
Remove copyright or proprietary notices

5.2 Your Personalized Stories

Stories generated for your family are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

Read and share stories within your family
Print stories for personal use
Access your story archive while subscribed

5.3 AI-Generated Content

Stories and images are generated using AI technology (Google Gemini, Groq LLM). While we strive for quality and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or unexpected variations.

6. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
Submit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

7. Privacy & Data Usage

8. Service Availability

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Mysticadii is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that:

The service will be error-free or uninterrupted
AI-generated content will always be perfect or error-free
All stories will meet your specific expectations
Delivery times will be exact to the minute

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mysticadii and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

Your use or inability to use the service
Unauthorized access to your account or data
Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
Any third-party services (Razorpay, email providers, WhatsApp)

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at our discretion, without notice, for:

Violation of these Terms of Service
Fraudulent or illegal activity
Abuse of the service or other users
Non-payment of subscription fees
